The scientific and production company «Alkid» was formed in 1992 in Minsk by the well-known specialists of the Republic of Belarus in the field of the protecting coatings.
The scientific and production «Alkid» limited liability company has become one of the first enterprises in the republic, having mastered the industrial production strategically important for the country and wide introduction of contemporary hydraulic insulating and roofing materials on the basis of the modified bitumen. These materials are widely used in construction, machine building, communal and other branches of the national economy of our state and CIS countries.
Presently, engineers, workers, scientists are working at the enterprise by providing the high quality production of high demand for branches of economy with their labour.
The structure of the enterprise also includes a research laboratory and a production section.
Over the years of the production, research and economic activity the enterprise has developed the partnership ties with the leading production enterprises, design and research institutes in our republic and abroad.
The scientific and production «Alkid» limited liability company manufactures the following products: «Autocrin»® mastic, «Autocrin»® corrosion-preventing coating, «Autocrin-177»® corrosion-preventing coating, BT 577 zinc-phosphate rust converter and lacquer.
Being the member of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, «Alkid» Co. exhibits its products at regional and internationals exhibitions and fairs, performs training seminars with specialists of design institutes by promoting advanced materials and processes. The laboratory specialists improve the output materials develop new ones, study and summarize the advanced experience.
In the course of the exhibition activity the enterprise was repeatedly awarded with diplomas, prizes for development, production and distribution of new progressive materials and processes.
All production manufactured by the enterprise has been certified in the systems of the State Standard Committee and the Ministry of Health Care of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the State Standard Committee and the Fuel and Power Engineering complex «TEXERT» of Russia.
